K3 Tax Advisory offers strategic tax advisory and planning services to clients undertaking complex transactions and restructuring in order to mitigate tax risk and maximise value. Our team is comprised of highly experienced Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers who provide a robust range of tax advisory services. We act for owner managed businesses, private equity backed structures and corporates operating in the UK and internationally. We frequently advise on Business Asset Disposal Relief planning, corporate restructuring and refinancing, shareholder tax matters, employee share incentive schemes, SEIS, EIS and VCT investments. We have extensive expertise in corporate finance transactions, planning for and dealing with the tax aspects of business sales and acquisitions, reconstructions, management buyouts and private equity investments. We also specialise in advising collective investment schemes and UK participants in cross-border financing structures. We are able to leverage specialist tax investigations and R&D tax credit expertise through fellow K3 Capital group companies.
