We are building an insight-driven Business Operating System (Business OS) for small and medium businesses, starting with retail stores and restaurants. While many solutions position themselves as POS systems, transactions are only one small part of running a business. Our platform goes beyond payments and sales recording to help business owners understand, manage, and improve their entire business from a single system. Most SME owners operate with limited time, tight margins, and little access to financial or analytical expertise. Critical decisions—pricing, staffing, inventory, promotions, and expansion—are often made based on intuition rather than clarity. Existing tools focus on reporting historical data, producing fragmented dashboards and complex spreadsheets that are difficult for non-financial users to interpret. As a result, owners may have data, but still lack direction. Our Business OS closes this gap by transforming daily transactional and operational data into structured, actionable business intelligence. Instead of static reports, we provide a unified view of business health across core pillars such as revenue quality, profitability, operational efficiency, customer behavior, and growth momentum. The system highlights key drivers, emerging risks, trends, and prioritized recommendations—guiding owners on what matters most and what actions to take next. The product is designed with a strong user-centric, UX-first approach. Every feature is built around real business workflows, emphasizing clarity over complexity. Core capabilities include smart dashboards, goal-based performance tracking, automated insights, anomaly alerts, and role-based views for owners, managers, and staff. This enables business owners to move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-informed decision-making.
