We focus on teaching our students the therapeutic aspects of karate, specifically promoting physical fitness, coordination, and mental well-being while utilizing innovative ways for students to build their socialization skills and gain confidence through their physical fitness abilities. We are DBE and M/WBE certified at the federal, New York State and New York City levels.
