About KAIROS Counselings & Institute

At KAIROS Counselings, our mission is deeply rooted in recognizing the intricate connection between the somatic body and unhealed past experiences. We are not just therapists; we are mentors and guides, committed to integrating the principles of somatic and body-based healing into our community’s core values. This commitment extends to our training institute, where we empower professionals with the knowledge and skills to bring these transformative practices to their own therapeutic work.
