About Kaitlin Trisciani

With a foundation in fine art and several years of experience leading motion design for global entertainment brands, I specialize in high-impact art direction and motion design for social/digital and 360 campaigns. I partner with creative agencies to develop and execute award-winning work across major film, TV, and streaming properties. When I'm not creating for clients like Sony, Paramount, Hulu, and Apple TV+, I also support small businesses and independent productions on a variety of art and design projects. My role spans concept ideation, pitch design, motion graphics production, and graphics finishing/supervision—always aligning with cross-platform best practices and strategic objectives. I direct design teams, mentor/train junior creatives, and build scalable systems to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency. I love supporting teams from pitch to finish and helping everyone prepare to do their best work. Not sure how graphics should be delivered for maximum flexibility in editorial? Lost on how best to build for multiple social platforms? Trying to figure out why it takes your team 3 days to finish a digital spot? I've got your back! From immersive LED wall experiences and motion toolkits to AV assets and book launch creative, my work brings a fine artist's understanding of visual language to various projects and placements. We don't have to rely on overused gimmicks and predictable executions! I pride myself on contributing specific, innovative looks and concepts that can be set up correctly from the beginning, with consideration for the team's capabilities. If you're ready to make something great and finally get a handle on graphics finishing, we can team up for project-based support or full-time contracts. I also provide custom artwork, which can be created for a motion workflow.
