About kaizen design

Kaizen Design is improving healthcare one project at a time with its innovative owner-centric software platform. The Japanese word "Kaizen," embodies our mission to deliver a system for continuous improvement and positive change in healthcare design and capital project delivery. We believe implementing small, ongoing improvements in the way we design and build healthcare facilities will reap significant advancements. At Kaizen, our aim is to empower healthcare owners to lead capital improvement projects with clearly defined North Star goals and a blueprint for design strategy.
