About Kalim Group of Companies

Welcome to Kalim Group, a trusted name in Kolkata’s real estate landscape for over 50 years. With a legacy built on innovation, integrity, and customer satisfaction, we are proud to be at the forefront of real estate development in Kolkata, offering unparalleled expertise and commitment to quality. Founded in 1971 by the visionary Late MD Kalimuddin, Kalim Group began its journey by shaping Kolkata’s urban skyline with impactful housing projects. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Firdous Kalim, who took the reins in 1995, we have grown into one of the city’s premier property developers, delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Our expansion into New Town Kolkata real estate marked a new chapter, where we blended innovation with tradition to redefine modern living and working spaces. Today, we continue to lead the industry by crafting communities that thrive on sustainability, luxury, and value.
