About KALO Fitness & Yoga

Meaningful change requires a holistic approach. The word Kalo is derived from the greek word Kalon, meaning beauty that is more than skin deep. By focusing on the deeper aspects of lifestyle change and using a combination of science-based fitness programming, breath work, and community collaboration, we create a fitness experience that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and positively spreads into every aspect of your life. Whether you train in-person or online, our unique programming is our “secret sauce.”
