Kaplast is a family-owned company specializing in plastic processing and the production of precision injection-molded components. We continuously invest in modern technologies, production automation and the development of our team. We provide comprehensive project support – from part design and mold development to serial production. Our services also include assembly, packaging, logistics and worldwide deliveries. We support production transfers, mold takeovers, modifications and technical maintenance. Our machinery includes modern injection molding machines from JSW, Engel, Arburg, Battenfeld and Wittmann with clamping forces from 25 to 800 tons, all equipped with robots to ensure stable and repeatable production. We also offer advanced technologies such as two-component (2K) injection molding and gas-assisted injection molding. We process a wide range of engineering plastics including PA, POM, PC, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PP and PE. Our R&D laboratory is equipped with an ATOS ScanBox system and Keyence measuring devices. The quality of our processes is confirmed by IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
