About Kareer

Kareer provides a hiring and retention platform to support university students in enhancing their profile to potential new employers by analysing their soft skills, building their online presence, supporting the interview process, and providing intelligent job matching. Additionally, the Kareer platform will also explore and select potential career paths and produce a personal career planner to meet career goals. Companies can use the platform to hire new talent where Kareer decreases their risk of a bad hire by providing greater insight about the candidates. Companies also have the opportunity to build their brand awareness to students through online campaigns.
