Karkiu (pronouned: car-cue) Psychotherapy and Counselling is a private practice offering psychotherapy and counselling services in-person in Vaughan, ON and virtually to clients throughout Ontario. Proudly representing the BIPOC community, we strive to celebrate our intersectionality and allow it to bring holistic and person-centered mental health care centered around compassion, unconditional positive regard, and acceptance. The founder and Clinical Director, Jacklyn Chung, RP (independent practice), is passionate about honouring and empowering individuals to speak from all parts of their intersectionality and authentic selves. We strive to be innovative psychotherapists that challenge the stigmatizing views of mental health to help clients remain resilient and gritty in an ever-developing society with high demands.
