About Katrina Eileen Real Estate - Brokers | Investors

Katrina Eileen is a truly unique Real Estate company. Our philosophy...In everything we do, there has to be a purpose beyond profit. No exceptions. How do we do this? As the first Social Purpose brokerage in the State of Washington we've embarked on an worthy endeavor...to eliminate poverty, in alignment with the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our first verse of this song: Provide housing for youth who have aged out of the foster care system. Believe it or not, the day a youth turns 18 is the day they age out. Yes, that means even if they are smack dab in the middle of their senior year of high school. We believe they should have the security of knowing they have a home, and we believe we are responsible for this. Our organization...Competence, Excellence in Service, and Expertise in Negotiation is how you will describe your experience after having worked with a Broker from our firm. As our Private Client, understanding and meeting your needs is what we do. Intuitively and knowledgeably is how we do it. We believe in progress. We believe in always thinking outside of the box. We believe in remembering and honoring age-old wisdom. As stewards of the real estate deal, brokers have an influence on the experience living at a very fundamental level and a voice in how development and progress impacts families and shapes communities. We aren't simply a real estate company. We don't just help people buy and sell houses, we create homes and communities worth living in. At Katrina Eileen Real Estate, we’re all invested together.
