About KBSO Consulting LLC

KBSO Consulting LLC is a collaborative MEPT engineering, consulting, and design firm. This Women's Business Enterprise National Certified firm began with the vision to become the industry leader in sustainable and cohesive design solutions alongside property owners, architects, and developers. Our portfolio includes K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and Mixed Use. All our services are extensions of our emphasis on collaborative engineering. We know engineering design sometimes needs to play a supporting role to the original vision whether working with a historic building, renovations or new construction. We appreciate great architectural spaces, and we look for opportunities to enhance those design efforts as opposed to hinder them, all while ensuring that the engineering responds to your unique priorities and needs. Only by working together can we ensure the places we do business, learn, and grow, are fully functional, structurally sound, and environmentally responsible. Our passion for future-forward design shows in every project, as we achieve engineering that serves both our clients’ visions and the communities where our projects take root. We promote a work environment that encourages creative problem-solving and the sharing of ideas in an open office. Our KBSO team is always seeking new challenges to grow our collective expertise and break even further out of the mold. We offer the following services and benefits to our employees: • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance • Unlimited PTO: We believe in a well balanced life • 401k with company match • Continuing education including Professional Engineering certifications
