About KCB Mason

KCB Mason is a strategic advisory firm founded by Katie Connolly, Chloe Bennett and Jenny Mason. We help clients create the change they seek – in politics, policy, governance and beyond. Jenny, Chloe and Katie met while working for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. As senior leaders in the office, we valued in each other the qualities vital to political success: focus, determination, authenticity and candour. After Albanese’s two historic election wins, we decided to combine our decades of political and leadership experience to establish an advisory firm reflecting our values and approach. We work in partnership with our clients to tackle thorny issues, providing succinct and clear roadmaps for success. With our diverse backgrounds in policy, communications, research and governance, we bring a superior suite of skills to analysing your challenges and charting your path forward. Whether you need guidance on communications or campaigns, policy or probity, KCB Mason will help you get results.
