Keiji Ashizawa Design (KAD) is a Tokyo-based multidisciplinary design studio founded by Keiji Ashizawa in 2005. Guided by the philosophy of "Honest Design", the studio goes beyond aesthetics and function to create work rooted in integrity, materiality, and purpose. For KAD, design is not only about how something looks or performs, it is about what it expresses, how it is made, and the relationships behind it. KAD approaches each project holistically, bringing together architecture, interior design, product design, graphic design, and art direction.
