About Kelley Companies

Kelley Companies is a Columbus-based real estate development and management firm rooted in the neighborhoods we call home. We specialize in neighborhood-scale, thoughtful development in the central urban core, with a focus on King Lincoln Bronzeville, German Village, the Brewery District, North Campus and downtown. Our portfolio spans multi-family residential, mixed-use, and complex infill projects that others pass on. We believe the most interesting opportunities are often the hardest ones, and we lean into that. Beyond real estate, we are operators and partners in a collection of small businesses that animate the neighborhoods in which we develop.  These include a boutique hotel, restaurant cafes, a food scrap collection service, a Pilates fitness studio, and a cocktail bar. Our work is guided by a simple conviction: that well-designed apartments and "third places" in urban neighborhoods make cities better. We build, manage, and invest with that long view in mind.
