Kembi Therapeutics is pioneering a new class of oncology therapies targeting the root cause of treatment resistance: cellular plasticity. Cancer doesn't fail treatment by chance. It adapts. When tumour cells switch identity, they evade therapies and seed resistant disease. We target the plasticity machinery directly, preventing resistance before it begins. Our lead program, KMB-464 (seviteronel), is currently in Phase 2 clinical development for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer.
