About Kennedy McLean Counselling & Psychotherapy Services

Kennedy specializes in working with individuals who have a history of trauma and who may or may not have a diagnosis of PTSD. We provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals and couples throughout Ontario. Our therapists are trained in experiential therapies, EMDR, sex therapy, couples counselling, trauma therapy, CBT for anxiety, and psychodynamic psychotherapy among others. We work with individuals couples and families with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting concerns eating disorders, self esteem, infidelity, substance use and family dysfunction.
