About Kestävyyspaneeli (The Finnish Expert Panel for Sustainable Development)

The Finnish Expert Panel for Sustainable Development has fifteen scientists. They represent different disciplines, universities and research institutes. They will take Finland towards a globally sustainable society as follows: • Promote the shared wellbeing of the environment and people and the societal change aimed at it • Raise difficult but critical issues for sustainable development in public debate. • Helps to find mutually complementary and fair solutions to even conflicting sustainability goals. This will support long-term decision-making.
