Compounded by declining rental stock, increasing rental rates, and the removal of the government's Help to Buy programme, renting has become more difficult and expensive while accessible homeownership fades into the distance. To address this, Kettel Homes offersa rent-to-own programme that bridges the gap with the goal of helping to create the next generation of homeowners in the UK.
