About Keypoint Law

Keypoint Law is a commercial law firm of over 80 senior lawyers, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra. We work across 25 commercial law disciplines, and our lawyers are recognised by Best Lawyers across 23 of them. Our firm's model Keypoint offers senior lawyers all the benefits of an integrated, cohesive law firm: - full service offering for clients - referred work and team work - collegiality - all the services and support of a typical mid-tier, including paralegals, marketing and technology But without: - budgets - billable hour targets - timesheets - financial micromanagement - endless partner meetings The result is a modern, progressive, collegiate law firm, where our senior lawyers have genuine control over how they work and live their lives; and where they are rewarded with the lion's share of the fees they generate. Our clients range from public companies and government bodies, through to start-ups and private individuals. Keypoint has been appointed to the Legal Services Panels for the Commonwealth Government, NSW Government, Queensland Local Government and NSW Trustee and Guardian. Our client offering has three core elements: - personal, partner-level service; - low overheads; - Flexible, tailored service offerings. Keypoint aspires to be a leading mid-tier firm, providing the highest quality legal services, whilst offering senior lawyers a modern, progressive law firm which rehumanises the practise of law.
