The Group has more than 70 members of staff covering the entire life cycle of investment: sourcing, funding, acquisition, development, rental management, arbitration. Through the Keys REIM portfolio management company (licensed by the AMF), the Group manages more than € 1.4 billion AUM in real estate assets according to 4 main strategies: Core/Core+, Value-Added, Development funding and, Private equity.
