A FAMILY JOURNEY THROUGH TWO CENTURIES In 1834, one man - Peter Hertz - had a vision to open a jewellery store that would strive to offer the finest quality handcrafed design and excellent service. He passed this knowledge on to his son, and that son passed it on to his son. And so the tradition continued through six generations. Today, P. Hertz is still family-owned and has remained a cornestone as Denmark's oldest jewellery business, and Purveyor to the Royal Danish Court since 1906. For nearly two centuries the iconic boutique still stands in the same location, welcoming generation after generation of patrons, including kings and queens, to stoll through its front door and enter the world of the fineste quality handcrafted jewellery design and excellent service.
