About KGM Gaming

KGM is the manufacturer and supplier of choice for casino operators across North America, the Caribbean and Canada. Founded in 2003, KGM’s multiple divisions supply quality millwork and slot bases, custom-designed seating, signage and graphics packages, ticket printers and technical services including repair, installation and purchasing. With our expertise in so many areas and being capable of providing all the services necessary for any casino, we are the one stop shop for many major casinos. Through innovative contract agreements with companies like Alfastreet, and Ainsworth Game Technologies, KGM is also able to offer casino clients an extensive range of gaming technology and game combination software, online gaming servers and content and exclusive table game options. These options have led to the creation of some of the most innovative gaming lounges in the industry. Our newest is the Connect Lounge at the Resorts Casino Hotel. These lounges bring traditional players and introduce them to the online world and allow players to play together online while in person. This lets them share in the excitement and enjoyment of each game, thereby increasing the fun and level of retention. It also lets them create an online account which they can then access after they leave the casino. This means the players can keep playing and enjoying themselves while away from the casino. The company’s headquarters are located at 4250 Wissahickon Avenue in Philadelphia, PA, with a satellite office in Pleasantville, NJ. Our contact page is here with a list of all our offices, departments and their phone numbers. If you wish to call our headquarters then just dial 215-430-0388.
