About Khab Architects Pty Ltd

Khab Architects is a dedicated architecture practice passionate about the work we do. Khab’s project types include residential, Social and SDA Housing, tourism, commercial, educational and community, and we have a deep interest in projects that have a strong social, cultural and environmental agenda. Our capabilities cover the full architectural process from project feasibility and brief development in collaboration with clients, through rigorous design and technical stages in collaboration with other disciplines, to the administration of construction contracts. For past 7 years Khab have worked with Community Housing Providers, South Australian Housing Trust and Private Developers / clients to deliver about 60 Social and/or SDA homes either already built or under construction, and we have designed many more that are not yet built. The majority of the SDA have been Improved Liveability, with less of the other 3 types. We have been involved in the design process of several Robust housing projects, one of which is constructed, one under construction, and the others still in various stages of design. Design for the Robust SDA category in particular, is an area we have a strong interest in - there is so much scope for improvement, and we are keen to continue to be part of this.
