About Khawaja Sira Society

Established in 2012 as a service delivery point and operating under a technical support agency, KSS was formally registered in 2015 under the Society's Registration Act 1860 and with the Charity Commission of Punjab. KSS is a non-governmental organization dedicated to enhancing the health, welfare, and human rights of transgender individuals (TG)/Hijra. The organization achieves this by advocating for sexual, welfare, and human rights, developing relevant policies, and providing technical and institutional support to transgender/Hijra networks, groups, and organizations in Lahore and across Punjab.
