Kid Sense Therapy (KST) is a pediatric occupational and physical therapy private practice dedicated to helping children build the foundational skills they need to succeed in daily life. Located in the Wake Forest and Garner communities of North Carolina, we specialize in providing individualized, play-based therapy for children from birth through school age. Our team of highly trained therapists uses evidence-based practices with a strong emphasis on sensory integration, motor development, and functional outcomes.
