About Kids Cooking for Life

Kids Cooking For Life (KCL) is a nonprofit organization that teaches nutrition and inspires lifelong healthy cooking and eating habits through hands-on cooking classes. Our experienced teachers guide our junior chefs through recipe reading, measuring, chopping, and mixing which will allow them to create a delicious and healthy meal. Our students include those from low income communities and those with special needs in six counties throughout the Bay Area. Our mission is to instill and help younger generations to understand proper diet and nutrition as a way to help support lifelong health and well-being!
