About KinectSA

Welcome to KinectSA! At KinectSA, we’re dedicated to forging pathways into STEM; breaking the defence industry stigma, through passion and individuality. Our mission comes to life through three core pillars: Inspire – Ignite high school students’ curiosity in STEM through hands-on activities and connections with inspiring graduate engineers. Attract – Draw the next generation of engineering talent toward meaningful careers in the Defence sector. Engage – Empower Defence engineering graduates with enriching experiences that nurture long-term growth, innovation, and purpose. Founded by graduates, for graduates, our passionate team is shaping a brighter future — one built on innovation, collaboration, and excellence across Australia’s Defence industry.
