About Kings Rd Construction

At Kings Rd, we believe that communication is essential to bring home your dreams. All great homes start with newspaper clippings, rough sketches and a Pinterest account, and we love nothing more than working with you to put it all together. That’s what we do best! The varying landscape of the Perth region has helped us hone our skills in all aspects of construction. From sprawling rural residences in the hills, to grand waterfront homes - we are equipped with the knowledge to help you. We don’t have a sales team. None of our staff have been trained to ‘close the deal’ or up-sell our clients, no matter how large your project is. We provide transparent information, so you are fully informed and don’t receive any unpleasant surprises along the way. We pursue excellence in our craftsmanship. This includes not just focused and experienced workers, but also quality materials. Building styles constantly evolve, and we are committed to staying current on all fronts, whilst only using the best materials and the most efficient building practices. We work with designers who have the same goals as we do – distinct excellence in every crafted home.
