About Kingsleigh Property Consultants

Kingsleigh Residential is a family-run, independent estate agency established in 2017. Our director, Peter King, has a wealth of experience and local knowledge having worked in the industry for over 12 years as a Senior Manager in a leading estate agency. He has also been managing his extensive portfolio of properties over the last 20 years, and as such can offer sound advice concerning lettings - with expertise regarding houses of multiple occupation. Kingsleigh Residential is a member of The Guild of Property Professionals, a national network of over 800 independent estate agents. Being part of The Guild enables us to access the lucrative London market via our associated Park Lane office, where our properties are advertised 24/7 thanks to touchscreen technology at that branch. Our partnership with The Guild also ensures that our properties are advertised in a glossy magazine which is then distributed across all the members - all of whom are incentivised to assist in the sale of your property. Our office is situated in Dedham High Street, near to the beautiful 15th century church, in the heart of Constable country. With its stunning Georgian houses in the village centre and unspoilt countryside, Dedham is the quintessential English village. Come in and see us. We can have an informal, no obligation chat over a coffee to see how we can assist you in your next move.
