During the construction phase of a project, Kirwin Norris routinely provides real-time advice on issues including changes, schedule impacts, and defects to help avoid claims. Although the firm promotes the use of alternative dispute methods to resolve claims, when required the firm has successfully arbitrated and litigated multi-million dollar disputes in both state and federal courts.
