Kismet listens to affordable housing experts, and Kismet responds. We build our product directly cited to HUD/state regulations, while incorporating housing specialist expertise to streamline and simplify compliance processes. Our goal is to develop a software that makes our housing programs – and subsequently, compliance with the program rules – as straight-forward, understandable, and user-friendly as possible. Kismet CMS is designed to digitize and simplify regulatory compliance processes across all major housing subsidy programs (Section 8, LIHTC, Public Housing, RAD, etc.). Kismet meets these objectives by consolidating documents and data required by federal and state regulation in one place, with role-based access controls for various industry stakeholders including public/private affordable housing management entities, regulatory review Contract Administrators, investors, and state/federal housing authorities. We develop software solutions that enable our clients to properly manage regulatory processes and file storage, prepare for and respond to Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs), and reduce operational risk. Our software digitizes your regulatory paperwork – including resident files, EIV reports, and MOR documents – while providing quality control tools to prevent compliance issues and data analytics to improve performance and training. We also offer solutions to Contract Administrators that enable them to streamline their Management and Occupancy Review contract work with a secure and compliant file storage infrastructure for reviewing and reporting on key criteria of the HUD 9834.
