Kissito Post Acute provides Comprehensive Post Acute Solutions that focus on getting the patient home quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. Kissito Post Acute redefines the industry with its collaborative solutions that benefit hospitals, physicians, insurers and patients. It is designed for the short term patient that is transitioning between the hospital and home. Our interdisciplinary treatment team will create an individualized Care Plan based on the patient’s needs. Our patients rehabilitate in a spacious, private room and gym with 24 hour skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
