About Kivotos Hotels & Villas

Kivotos Hotels & Villas is a Greek luxury hospitality group renowned for creating design-led boutique experiences rooted in individuality, artistry, and a deep connection to place. The story began in Mykonos with the opening of Kivotos Mykonos, Greece’s pioneering boutique hotel, celebrated for its art-driven spaces, discreet exclusivity, and private beach setting. Over time, it established itself as one of the island’s most distinctive luxury destinations. In 2019, the collection expanded to the caldera of Santorini with Kivotos Santorini, an immersive architectural sanctuary carved into the landscape, offering sculpted cave suites, multi-level villas, infinity pool experiences, destination dining, and personalized butler service overlooking one of the world’s most iconic seascapes. Kivotos Santorini is a proud recipient of a 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Award and One Michelin Key, and holds prestigious affiliations with Preferred Hotels & Resorts and Fine Hotels & Resorts by American Express. Across both destinations, Kivotos represents a singular vision of Greek luxury — intimate, design-forward, and uncompromising in service — crafted for travelers seeking privacy, authenticity, and exceptional experiences.
