About KMC Recruitment

KMC Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy for the Machinery hire and sales sector. We aren't like other recruiters, we are from the industry, we've got our hands dirty at every level from manning the pressure washer to sitting on the Board and driving the business forward. We've worked onsite, we've ran the Hire Desk, organised the transport, PDI’ed the machines and been there when nothing goes to plan. We draw on this experience to understand your business, the needs of the role and the kind of candidate you are looking for.
