It is personal – the clients’ and candidates’ satisfaction is what defines success; 2. Relationships with clients and candidates are valued – Sourcing People builds relationships that are sustained beyond the recruitment; 3. The partners and associates are western Canadians, who understand rural recruitments; and 4. The Sourcing People team is composed of human resource professionals – which provide a broad perspective when delivering service.
