About Knowles Warwick Ltd

Knowles Warwick is a firm of business advisors and Chartered Accountants based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Established in 1985, Knowles Warwick has prospered through continued growth and development. Our Chairman, Steve Knowles, has worked with many large global companies; both clients of the business and companies with their own sophisticated accounting functions. This has allowed us to move with the times and make changes within our own business in order to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. The business world is continually evolving, so without the ability for us to adopt new processes and initiatives, we would be unable to advise our clients with the professionalism and quality needed. Although intrinsically we are Chartered Accountants, much emphasis from our owner-managed business clients is for us to provide business strategy advice. We offer a range of services from the traditional accountancy, taxation and payroll services to advisory services that cover every stage of the business' lifecycle, from start-up and early development, through the challenges of expansion and growth, through to sale and exit strategies. In addition, we also offer specialist knowledge, skills and expertise in a number of other disciplines, for example, corporate finance, estate planning and strategic planning. As a leading business advisory firm based in Sheffield, we pride ourselves on our pragmatic, down-to-earth approach to providing high quality client service. Our aim is to help our clients' businesses grow and secure long term value. We recognise that they are experts in their industry and seek to complement their expertise with our own. We develop, recommend and implement solutions that are appropriate for the needs of a business and its stakeholders.
