KodAuti was founded by two brothers whose different perspectives and strengths complement each other. Lucas is an autistic software developer with 18 years of experience, whose journey revealed how societal barriers often limit talent more than capability itself. Karlos brings a strong drive for growth, exploration, and continuous improvement, pushing boundaries, seeking new challenges, and turning ideas into concrete plans. Together, this dynamic created an environment where both founders could go further - and where others can do the same. At KodAuti, we work across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and digital product development, always guided by a human-centered mindset. We design and build solutions that connect disciplines, break silos, and enable collaboration between technical and non-technical areas. We have seen firsthand how meaningful outcomes emerge when knowledge flows freely instead of remaining isolated in separate bubbles.
