About KODO Travel

KODO is a specialist in creating active itineraries to experience the rich culture of Japan through the stunning outdoors. The word KODO「古道」in Japanese means ancient path. Reconnecting with these paths by actively moving through the land – be it hiking, cycling, canyoning, kayaking or skiing to name a few, allows us to move at a pace whereby we can connect deeply with the place and people. At KODO, we will show you the path less travelled and offer access to places that very few visitors get to see. Whether you are a first time visitor or a seasoned traveler of Japan, let us put together your perfect active adventure, with good doses of culture, food and ‘wow’ moments you can expect from this incredible destination.
