KOMAN Advantage, LLC (KA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK), an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC). KA is an SBA-certified 8(a) electrical contractor specializing in a wide range of electrical construction with the ability to perform projects nationwide. Our workforce of highly skilled individuals supports our clients' needs and ensures the successful completion of projects. KA staff have more than 20 years of experience providing electrical construction services for government and private sector clients. We have developed an internal PMO training that supports the development of staff in USACE processes, 3-phase QC, and scheduling. KA currently has a $50M single/$200M aggregate bonding capacity that it has acquired through its safe, timely, and quality operational and financial management. KA subscribes to three guiding risk management principles: effective business management, “zero-accidents” philosophy, and financial accountability. We help our clients manage risks by implementing strategies that integrate business, technical, and compliance needs.
