About KOMPASS – The Swedish Defence University Student Union's Career Committee

We in the career committee Kompass, belonging to the student union at the Swedish Defence University, work to strengthen the connection between students and professional life. By organizing career fairs, guest lectures, study visits, and networking events, we create opportunities for students to connect with employers in the fields of defence, security, crisis management, and leadership. Our goal is to inspire and prepare students for future careers in sectors where their knowledge and skills truly make a difference. We collaborate with government agencies, companies, and organizations to deepen the understanding of labour market needs – and to equip students with the tools to navigate their career paths with confidence and direction.
