About Kondracki Group

If you’re a Packaging OEM looking to elevate your brand, generate stronger leads, and better support your sales team, you need a partner who already understands your industry. Kondracki Group integrates into your business to deliver creative content and trade show execution built specifically for Packaging OEMs. You don’t need to explain how your equipment works, where your machine fits in the line, or what matters on the trade show floor. Our founder began working in packaging in 1994 and has been involved in every PACK EXPO since 2000. That experience allows us to move quickly, ask the right questions, and reduce risk for your team. We’re built to support OEMs with: • Small marketing teams or a single internal resource who need help scaling • Small to midsize OEMs without internal marketing resources, where we work directly with ownership or management In both cases, we act as an extension of your team—allowing you to operate like a larger marketing department without added headcount. Creative content at KG is designed to elevate your brand and support sales, including: • Professional photography • Short‑ and long‑form videography (machine applications, demos, SME features, food packager testimonials) • Creative graphic design and high‑level rebranding • Consistent visual systems across print, digital, social, email, sales tools, and trade shows • Targeted multimedia campaigns for product launches, milestones, market outreach, and trade shows We build consistency and professionalism across every touchpoint. Trade show execution is end‑to‑end, from show strategy and booth selection to complete show planning and management and down to turnkey booth design, builds, management, storage, and on‑site execution. If you’re a Packaging OEM looking for confidence, consistency, and a partner who truly understands your world—Kondracki Group was built for you.
