About Konjo

our mission: Providing trauma informed tools & resources through yoga that inspire wellness, mindfulness, self-regulation and the ability to thrive in children. our background: Konjo's founder and main yoga teacher, Melissa, is certified as a Yoga Educator through YogaEd to teach children ages 3-17 years of age. She has also completed a 35 hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Intensive. The philosophies, best practices, and curriculum gained from both of these organizations are the foundation to why and how we lead our #gokonjo lifestyle, classes, and teachings.
