About Konn Technologies

Konn Technologies builds the design system, construction system, and technology platform behind a new model of homeownership. We believe the construction industry's core failure is fragmentation — architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors all operating in silos. We built one integrated system to replace that fragmentation. Our design system treats homes like software — composable architectural modules governed by clear rules, producing infinite variety from a disciplined vocabulary. Every design is buildable by definition. Our construction system translates design modularity into physical precision — diverse materials and methods, one integrated process. Every build feeds back into the next. Our platform connects the entire homeowner journey. For the homeowner, everything is simple — design, buy, build, move in, monitor. Beneath that simplicity, the platform orchestrates design configuration, factory scheduling, material procurement, site coordination, and vendor integration in real time. Konn, our consumer brand at konnhomes.com, is the live expression of everything we build — real families, designing and building real homes. Founded in 2020 by Basel and Basma Uraiqat, architects with two decades of practice in Jordan and the region. 100+ homes designed. 35+ homes built. Based in Amman, Jordan.
