Kožul and Petrinović Law Firm was founded in 2009, with the building principle of integrity and honesty that dictates the quality of advice, attention to detail and trusting relationship with our clients. It is based in Zagreb and currently employs nine attorneys at law, four associates and three paralegals. The main activity of the Law firm is related to the provision of legal advisory and representation of corporate clients. Our expertise lies in commercial, construction, public procurement, banking and insurance, transportation, environmental and waste management, and labor law. We have significant proficiency in various aspects of litigation, execution and non-contentious proceedings, arbitration (including dispute adjudication boards), merger and acquisition of companies and due diligence. So far our representation mainly consists of financial institutions, construction companies, public entities, retail (consumer goods) companies, tourism and leisure companies and real estate project companies. The Law firm also partners with correspondent law firms in Rijeka, Split and Osijek, as well as international law offices, in various proceedings.
