About Kreate 3D

Based in Mechelen, Belgium, Kreate 3D is a pioneering product development studio dedicated to transforming visionary concepts into sustainable, functional realities. By merging technical precision with creative flair, we offer a comprehensive end-to-end service that navigates the complex journey from a digital spark to a physical product. End-to-End Product Development Our expertise lies in bridging the gap between imagination and industrial application. We specialize in: Creative 3D Design & Prototyping: Utilizing parametric modeling to optimize every curve and corner. High-Precision 3D Scanning: Capturing physical data to ensure perfect fits and reverse-engineering capabilities. Local Serial Production: Reducing carbon footprints by manufacturing right here in the Benelux, utilizing recycled PETG and bio-composites. The Magma Smart Bionic Greenwall A hallmark of our innovation is the Magma Smart Bionic Greenwall, a project that redefines urban architecture. Developed in partnership with large-scale 3D printing experts Vertico and supported by Interreg Crossroads, this modular system is a masterclass in AI-driven urban solutions. By leveraging generative design algorithms, we’ve created a "living" wall that mimics complex biological patterns found in nature. This isn't just aesthetic; the bionic structure is engineered to maximize surface area for vegetation while minimizing material waste. Engineering a Greener Future Designed to let cities "breathe" again, the Magma project exemplifies our commitment to urban ecology and circularity. We transform traditional building envelopes into smart, carbon-conscious infrastructures. By using AI to optimize material efficiency and promoting biodiversity through high-tech design, Kreate 3D is proving that the future of product development isn't just about making things—it's about making things that matter for the planet.
