About Kristen Ekeland Interiors

Kristen Ekeland Interiors transforms historic and vintage homes into elegant, family-friendly spaces that reflect how our clients truly live. With offices in Evanston, IL and Manhattan's West Village, Kristen and her team specialize in full-scale renovations and thoughtful furnishings for families who want homes that are both beautiful and functional. Every project begins with understanding clients' daily routines - how families move through their homes, where storage and flow fall short, and what the home needs to make life easier. Kristen and her team create timeless design solutions that balance elegance with comfort, often blending new pieces with vintage finds, custom furnishing and local craftmanship where possible. The result is a home that supports modern family life, tells a personal story, and stands the test of time.
