About KSIB

KSIB is a professional services firm founded by Kristin Stubbins. We help management and the Board cut through complexity to resolve problems, minimise risk and optimise opportunities.  We are intentionally structured in a way that brings together teams of highly experienced former executives, consultants, and industry and functional experts with deep expertise in their respective fields. Our endorsed brands apply and extend KSIB’s strategic rigour across focused disciplines. HARP Marketing gives boards and executives what marketing has rarely delivered: a direct line from spend to revenue. It combines human-led strategy, AI-powered execution, and proprietary revenue intelligence to transform marketing functions into growth engines. Our company philosophy is inspired by the Ironbark tree, a species that is prolific in the area where Kristin grew up.  These trees are known for their ability to grow tall and straight, bending around obstacles when needed.  This resilience is the cornerstone of our culture.
