About KURADOCS LIMITED

Kuradocs Ltd is a UK health technology company creating digital products that reduce clinical burden on the NHS and empower people and families to manage health and care more confidently. Kuradocs is supported by Imperial College London, Isle of Wight Council, Carers UK, and South Hampshire College Group and many more, and has received multiple national and international awards for digital health innovation. Our commercial model combines public sector partnerships with ethical advertising, sponsorship, and affiliate opportunities, creating a scalable platform positioned to transform ageing, discharge, and community-based care. Our vision is to make health technology simple, accessible, and genuinely impactful, improving outcomes for people while easing pressure on health and care systems. We focus on supporting older adults and families through complex care journeys, especially during and after hospital discharge. Our mission is to shift care from reactive to proactive by enabling better self-care, stronger family involvement, and improved coordination with health and social care professionals. Our journey began with MyLiferaft, a personal health platform that allows individuals, families, and professionals to securely manage and share vital care information. Following extensive R&D and two Innovate UK grants, we identified hospital discharge and post-discharge support for adults aged 60+ as a high-impact, underserved opportunity. This led to Myra, a free, age-friendly app that helps families prepare for hospital discharge, manage care at home, access trusted local services, and reduce avoidable readmissions by staying confident and well at home. Developed with input from unpaid carers, NHS staff, and social care providers, Myra delivers personalised guidance and practical support at a time when families often feel overwhelmed.
